2.   If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to view and use our services you can not request a refund if you subscribe.


3.   Our team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if you cannot configure our service on the devices you have for any reason, there will be no refund. Please view and learn the tutorials needed for IPTV installation.


4.   If you made a mistake choosing the service and making payment, you can find a ticket in the support section called "Create". Our support team will review it, accept it and issue the refund. Payment Error: This means you want to purchase a 3 month service but mistakenly chose and paid for a year or less.


5.   If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.
